Think of a friend or a relative or a colleague whose company you do not like. Whenever you are with this person you feel uncomfortable, you feel a gust of negative energy flowing into your system but you feel helpless as you cannot avoid seeing or meeting this person, as you meet this person everyday at home or at office. You feel comfortable when you unload all your feelings about this person before a very close friend but that gives you a temporary relief and in fact, this act enhances your ill-feelings for this person, as you keep confirming your ill-feelings for this person through your words. Therefore you need to come up with a remedy, so that you do not feel this urge to avoid this person.
Creating a scene in your mind by visualising and feeling the happy moments with this person, will make you produce positivity or the crest in your thought waves for this person and this positivity will be displayed in your body language like facial expressions and your tone. While creating a scene, feeling the happy moments is as important as visualizing the happy moments, as it is through the feelings you display your emotions in the form of your body language like your facial expressions.
In the same way, visualize and feel a scene that you have completed all your work on time and you are able to spend quality time with your family members and friends, as you check your social media accounts only once or twice in a day. When you visualize and feel this scene with great joy and with great sense of accomplishment, it will certainly help you to improve the way you spend your time on different activities.
You know that living the life of your dreams starts with changing your mindset and it is your mind which controls your life, so visualize and feel these scenes of accomplishment, whenever you feel low and as many times as you want every day, which will help you to put yourself on the track to streamline your activities and to achieve your goals in both of your personal and professional lives.
